[ Appointments & deposits ]
A non-refundable deposit is required to request an appointment. Bohemian styles require $120 deposit; all other services require $50. Appointments are confirmed only after the request is reviewed and accepted.
[ Cancellations & Rescheduling ]
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 60% of the scheduled service total..
[ hair prep and scalp health ]
Arrive with clean, fully detangled, damp hair and no products. Hair that is dirty, product-coated may be refused. Service may also be declined for a bleeding, irritated, or flaking scalp. Must wait 4 weeks after any chemical treatment treatment before service..
[ Consultations ]
Free consultations are required for custom colors, color matching or special requests. Book a consultation before your service. Human-hair appointments require 1 week's notice.

No need, I take care of that for you. Your blowout is an important part of the foundation of your style, so I prepare your hair myself using professional products and techniques chosen to protect the integrity of your natural hair. This helps me create a smoother, more comfortable style while making sure your hair is properly cared for underneath
Do I need a consultation?
Consultations are required for custom colors, color matching, or services that need additional planning, Once booked, you'll receive an email with consultation instructions and the information needed before your service.
Can i bring my own hair?
To maintain consistent quality and achieve the results shown in my work, all hair used for your service is provided by By DivaHer. Each selection is chosen with the style, texture, movement and longevity of the finished look in mind. This allows me to better stand behind the quality, comfort, durability and overall result of your service. I'm unable to guarantee the same outcome when outside hair is being used.
